Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging
  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or order number is required

Adult Products — Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, adult novelties and intimate products cannot be returned once opened or used. This is an industry-standard policy and applies to all vibrators, massagers, wellness products, and similar items.

If your adult product arrived defective or damaged, please see the Defective Products section below — we will replace it at no charge.

Smoking Glass — Damage Claims

Glass products (pipes, bongs, oil burners) are inspected and carefully packed before shipping. If your glass item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.

Defective Products

If any product arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery through normal use, contact us and we will replace it at no charge. No need to return the defective item — just send us your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used adult products (hygiene policy)
  • Digital or downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@head2head-f4j8.polsia.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
