All orders are processed within 2β3 business days of payment confirmation (MondayβFriday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery windows are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays outside our control may affect delivery times.
All Head 2 Head orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no logos, product descriptions, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the box or mailer.
Your credit card or bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor β not "Head 2 Head" or any product-specific description. Your privacy is our priority.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. APO/FPO addresses may have extended delivery times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method).
Head 2 Head is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
